Our mission grew from six years of embedded clinical work. We believe that direct care and culture change go hand in hand. By providing outpatient mental health services directly inside school buildings, we foster a culture where struggling students are met with connection and curiosity first, not just discipline.

For a 7-year-old first grader, the shift from a classroom of discipline to a culture of connection was life-changing.
